Train:  Educate existing team on integrated physical and digital processes and tasks via on-site classroom, direct on-the-job, and on-line distance learning.

Implement/Interim Management:  Take on execution where requested by client.  Recruit, train and manage, where necessary to build the right team to operate going forward.

Report:  Quantify success with relevant metrics and perform qualified internal and external surveys to determine actual to goal.
